Stephen G. Dent is the president of Dent, Inc., a private investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT.
Most of Stephen’s business career was spent in various finance and investment activities and since 1982, he worked exclusively in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.
Prior to forming DCI, Stephen spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company following graduate school. Stephen subsequently joined Rosenkranz & Company, which is a private investment partnership that specialized in acquisitions for their own account, before he left to start up DCI.
Stephen Dent is a licensed CPA and earned both a BA and a MBA from Harvard University. Today he currently oversees all of the investment activity for DCI.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys his main hobby of marine life, a hobby that resulted from a trip he took to Hawaii as a young boy.
